When is an asbestos survey mandatory?
Before any renovation or demolition of a building constructed before 1991, the year asbestos was banned in Switzerland. Most municipalities require it when the permit application is filed. Renovating? Also consider the CECB Plus certificate to unlock your subsidies.
What happens if asbestos is detected?
No need to panic: our report specifies the urgency levels and the measures to take. The materials concerned are removed by a recognised asbestos removal company before your works, and we support you through this step.
Where are asbestos materials hiding?
The most common in buildings built before 1991:

How long does the survey take?
The visit takes half a day to a full day depending on the size of the property. The report is delivered as soon as the laboratory results are received, generally within 5 to 10 working days.
