Pre and post works condition survey
Every intervention is filmed in full with a body-worn camera: if a detail is missing from the report, the video lets you review everything. A condition survey signed by an EPFL civil engineer, legally valid in the event of a dispute, carried out with the latest technologies (drones, crack gauges).
Asbestos survey

No. Our visits, surveys and sampling take place with the occupants present: no moving out, no evacuation required. We simply arrange access to the premises concerned.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are covered by professional liability insurance. You appoint a firm that takes responsibility for every signed report.
Do you work with property managers and letting agencies?
Yes, regularly. For building surveys or apartment visits, we coordinate appointments directly with owners and property managers thanks to our network in French-speaking Switzerland.
